As deadly storms devastate communities across the Midwest and South, the Trump administration is still pushing to gut the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)—the very agency that helps us prepare for and survive these disasters.

Slashing over $1.5 billion in funding. Firing forecasters. Shutting down overnight operations at weather offices. This isn’t just reckless, it’s dangerous. People are dying, and more will if these cuts go through.
