Mrs Sarah Harper, a beloved teacher and director at Metcalfe County Schools, has recently been unfairly pink slipped. We want to show support to her and bring this petition to the board so that we may have them reconsider their decision on dismissing her. Mrs Harper is the backbone of our drama club and like family to every single one of us. Every student that comes into her class becomes her kid. She pours her heart into teaching. Her students, coworkers, family, and friends love her and want nothing more than for her to be able to keep teaching and directing shows. She has changed the lives of so many people and we are all enraged, confused, and heartbroken to know that she will not be returning to direct or teach anymore at Metcalfe County.
