Stand for the Submission of Review Petition by Govt of Odisha and Rejudgement.
The Issue
Another heart broken news for Lord Jagannath Devotees.
Rath Yatra 2020 Cancelled by Supreme Court.
Hearing a plea filed by Odisha Vikash Parishad, CJI noted, “Lord Jagannath will not forgive us if we allow this to continue. Activities related to the Rath Yatra is injuncted.”
What is your opinion??
Is this seems like appropriate decision???
As being the devotees of lord Jagannath, we can't accept this cancellation of Ratha Yatra for this year. We can't even believe this news that this year we can't able to this our Lovable Lord Jagannath in Cart Festival.
As the certizen of India and as the responsible devotee of Lord Jagannath we are going to bring the following questions towords the Odisha Vikash Parisad, Govt of Odisha, Govt of India and all peoples of India:
Questions:
1) As an report from Census, total population of Odisha is around 4.71 Crore. How many people from these many population are agreed for the filed petition for stopping Ratha Yatra 2020 for this year?
2) Though Supreme Court decided to take appropriate decision about Ratha Jatra can be taken by Govt of Odisha, especially CM of Odisha can take the decision about Ratha Jatra will be happen or not. Then why Govt. of Odisha didn't take appropriate actions?
3) As being the devotees, we are agreed with the decision like we are not going to participate in Ratha Yatra directly. We will watch Ratha Yatra through Television and other Social media networks. Then where is the problem of gathering of people in the respected festivals?
4) As decided before all transportation services to Puri closed by Govt. of Odisha during Snana Yatra. If Govt of Odisha worried about the gathering of people during Ratha Yatra due to Covid-19 Panademic, then why they don't took necessary action even to close transportation services this time also?
5) Usually a train contains around 2000 people in it. Now all trains are starting running normally that 24/7. Then why Ratha Yatra can't be held just for 5 to 6 hours?
6) Though so many peoples, news channels and others suggested many suggestions regarding the solution of this situation. Still y those were not analysed?
Including these many questions there a lot of questions are there. Who wl answer those questions???
