The controversial Channel Four documentary on the Easter attack falsely implicated Sri Lankan security forces for staging the Easter Sunday attack. Based on the conspiracy theory, Channel Four profiles a bogus asylum seeker Asath Maulana.already escaped from Sri lanka.His primary aim is to get  asylum from the UK.

The truth is that this attack was staged by religious extremists. It is consistent with the global trend of attacks - 9/11, London, Paris, Mumbai, Bali, Madrid, and Sydney.The three fact-finding reports based on the presidential commission and parliamentary committees, investigations by Sri Lankan and foreign law enforcement authorities, including by the AFP, FBI and INTERPOL, Zahran’s farewell video and the claim by Abu Bakr al Baghdadi demonstrates that the attack was mounted by religious fanatics.
