Melbourne’s Stand Against Live Animal Exports Awareness Day has been postponed for now.
I’m looking at a date later and maybe a different location in Melbourne, but it just depends on interest and finances.

SYDNEY - I will be back at Town Hall, Sydney on Saturday the 13th of May. It will be the usual 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, so if you have some time to spare please come along and hold a banner. In case of rain, we will meet on the Eastern side of the QVB building, outside Haigh’s chocolates.
Now is the time we need to be raising more awareness, the panel created by the government will release their report in September, they need to know Live Sheep Export must end this term, not next.
I might also have a meeting with the panel who are handling the phase out report, I have heard from them, they seem happy to meet with me, so fingers crossed.

PLEASE click on the link and have your say, make a submission, it doesn’t need to be long, it can be as simple as “Live Sheep Export must end this term of parliament because of the inherent brutality that goes hand in hand with this industry” or “Live Sheep Export must end this term of parliament because the jobs lost offshore by this industry impacts the Australian economy”.

The farmers are pushing back, so we need to be stronger.
**Fremantle have seen a number of ships leave fully laden with animals this past week, it’s time to end it and if we push hard enough…WE CAN & WE WILL..

I will update again before the 13th of May but I’m hoping Anna-Lisa will be in Murray Place once again, let’s hope more people make the effort for the animals. Remember you’re not doing it for us, You’re doing it for the ANIMALS!

I hope to do another Sydney Awareness Day in July and September, November and December, but I’ll have to wait and see.
