🚨 STACY’S LAW — IMPORTANT UPDATE

During First Minister John Swinney’s BBC Radio Scotland discussion on 30 September, I pressed him directly about the GPS pilot — including how it will protect the person at risk.

I made one point especially clear:

THE PERSON AT RISK MUST GET AN ALERT TOO.
Stacy’s Law isn’t about simply putting a GPS tag on someone. It is about creating an early-warning system:

Police alerted.
Person at risk alerted.
Breach identified.
Action taken.

The First Minister spoke about the pilot and wider rollout. That is progress, but I will keep pushing for the details that matter — effective exclusion zones, real-time alerts, rapid action when a breach happens and protection across Scotland.

I started this petition following Stacy’s death because I wanted to help turn such a devastating loss into change that could protect someone else.

Stacy should be alive.

Please KEEP SIGNING AND SHARING. We have got this far because people have stood behind Stacy’s Law, and I need your help to keep that pressure going.

For Stacy, for her family, and for every person at risk who deserves greater protection.
