Word on the street is that SR HOA, the Board, and/or at least Lennar is tired of hearing from homeowners and Lennar will take their power grab all the way to the bank, no matter what the homeowners think.

If ever there is a way to overthrow HOA’s in general, I’m fired up to find out.

HOA = communism

Dare I go here?!…World Forum, Great Reset, total corporate and government control…buyer beware. Oh the rabbit holes to consider!…there is no real property ownership nor freedom where HOAs AND overreaching government taxes are concerned.

One possibility I came across for overthrowing HOA’s is to demonstrate that they are grossly ignoring, misrepresenting or acting against homeowners’ best interest.
