What were we all even thinking?!

I've reviewed through as much of the CC&Rs as I could stomach focusing in on the present amendment at hand.

Power grabs are riddle throughout the entirety of the declarations!

The declarations give the Declarant (not homeowners, the entity that established this community and HOA in the first place) complete and sole authority over our individual houses, but not the common areas, by virtue of the boards the declarant appoints that are to act as declarant says...FROM THE BEGINNING of the establishment of this community.

This fence amendment is only a smidgeon of the problem.

Homeowners need to start figuring out the process for ridding Sendera Ranch of this governing entity altogether, or leave this community to those that enjoy giving over absolute control.

But we live here now. Lets Keep doing what we can...ANYONE CANVASSING their streets to gain more signatures?

Surely there is recourse somewhere somehow against the governing boards if they act against the wishes of the homeowners.
