Making the NHL playoffs is an achievement that is earned by both teams and officials based on the merit of their performance during the regular season. There is no reason we shouldn't hold broadcasters to that same standard. For that reason I am hereby petitioning both Rogers Sportsnet and Hockey Night in Canada to have Jack Michaels call every Oilers playoff game this season.

Jack Michaels is a captivating play by play announcer that brings energy to every broadcast. He has been far and away the best play by play guy the Oilers have had all season, and in recent history. I am looking for support from Oilers fans, as well as any other fans who enjoy his work, to bring attention to the season that Jack has had and recognize his stellar performance.
