My name is Kim Martin and I have lived and own my home in this neighborhood. I’m hoping to gain signatures to help stop the speeding in our neighborhood. The HOA’s don’t seem to really care and or be effective while they charge us an astronomical amount in monthly fees. Let’s band together to make a difference here. Make signs and or cameras to stop this. There are children who live  and play here not to mention elderly people in this community. This is in regards to Arizona Reflections and across Hamilton street to the Windsong Estates. It’s time to stand up and be proactive.we have been here for 23 years… Anyone with me on this?
