We all know what happened on January 6th, 2021. Trump incited an insurrection against the US. His trial date was supposed to be in March but he successfully delayed it. Now it looks like the trial will not end before November when the results of the election are decided. This should not stand. If Trump is elected before the trial ends and it turns out Trump is found guilty, he will have cheated the system to allow him to hold office despite insurrectionists being barred from holding office. We deserve to know the results of the trial before we learn the results of the election!
