The Issue

This past week the members of Cedar Ridge Country Club were informed by the Board of Directors of their decision to not renew the contract with the Director of Golf David Bryan II.  We believe this decision to be detrimental to the future of Cedar Ridge Country Club and endangers the welfare, character and good order of the club and its members. 

David has served Cedar Ridge Country Club as the Director of Golf for 13 years. His career with Cedar Ridge and other country clubs is without blemish.  David is highly respected in the industry throughout the United States, and his relationship with so many other Directors of golf and Pros is impeccable. David's professional conduct during his tenure has been excellent and the members always feel welcome in his Pro Shop. His excellence in the leadership and quality of his shop has been recognized by the PGA as one of the top golf shops in the southwest.  

We are asking for all propriety share holder members, in good standing for your help to sign a request to call a “Special Meeting” in accordance with Article 10.2 of the Cedar Ridge Country Club By-Laws. The purpose of this meeting is to have the Board of Directors renew David Bryan’s contract and retain David Bryan as the Director of Golf at Cedar Ridge Country Club.
