This petition pertains to the recent termination of one of our Haitian leaders in our community, Pastor Johnson Cesar. As a result, we would like clarity regarding Pastor Cesar’s termination, how it was carried out, and if proper consideration was given for the well-being of Pastor Cesar and the church body.

We have always held the church in high esteem for its commitment to upholding the values of love, justice, and fairness. Our church operates with a high level of integrity and transparency, and any behavior that goes against these values must be addressed promptly.

 The termination of Pastor Cesar has undermined the values of our local and global community and has impacted the trust that the members have in the leadership of our churches.

It is our desire that our Leadership act swiftly to investigate any possible wrongdoing, and take appropriate action to ensure that our church is conducting itself in a manner that is ethical and compliant.

Therefore, we are encouraging you to sign this petition to impel our leadership to reconsider this decision and to take steps to rectify the situation by initiating a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Pastor Cesar’s termination. Secondly, meet with our member collective to hear and consider our concerns.
