THANK YOU for signing the ACA campaign supporting local voices in the redevelopment of the Aylesham Centre in the heart of Peckham!

We support PECKHAM CITIZENS’ recent public statement setting out their view that Tiger Developments have failed to meet their Citizens Charter for the development of the Aylesham Centre. The Charter asks for:

• 35 - 50% genuinely and permanently affordable homes
• 1 in 3 jobs for local people
• No building more than 9 stories tall
• A commitment to meaningful public engagement
