With the deeply distressing news on what happened with the Southport stabbings and so many other attacks that are happening by immigrants either illegal or not or from people who born from immigrants we need a national discussion and emergency laws enacted for immigration. This is possible in my view if you look up the house of lords it shows the government can over ride the 'immigrants rights' under the convention if its for national security- Judgments - A (FC) and others (FC) (Appellants) v. Secretary of State for the Home Department (Respondent). The government has a duty of care to its citizens and rights of the individual can be squashed if its a national emergency that is putting the nation in danger.
