Please require the South Carolina Department of Transportation road-side mowers to pick up the litter on the side of the road before mowing over it thus creating more litter & trash. It is very disheartening to watch a mower turn 1 piece of trash into 10 smaller pieces as it covers miles & miles of state-owned roads.

This is a very fixable issue & we as taxpayers would really appreciate if government-operated entities would also contribute to help keep South Carolina beautiful!
