Snapchat | Returning accidentally locked/bans accounts back!!!

The Issue

I’ve loved Snapchat since forever, I’ve captured my greatest moments in my Snapchat memories… joy, laughter, when life was GREAT… just for my account to be ripped away from me.

All of my joy from Snapchat came to an end when my account was hacked. Prior to Snapchat locking my account, i had warned them that someone was logging into my account from an iPhone 11 in an area I didn’t reside in (at the time i had an iPhone SE 2nd generation) I changed my password, I put two-factor authentication on my account, just for it to still keep getting logged into. 
When I contacted Snapchat about it, I got no help at all. All I received was automated messages, they just weren’t trying to help at all. I don’t think at any point I spoke to a real representative about this issue I was having. 
After being one of snapchats biggest fans; I’m talking every update, every video, everything was Snapchat for me, it was the most used app on my phone. I was and still am very hurt at the lack of support. Within a second everything was snatched from me and Snapchat only sent me automated messages.. and the thing is I’ve sent them screenshots of the person admitting that they were the reason I no longer have access to my account and telling me ahead of time snap would do nothing about it (even stopped replying to my emails).

I’m not just creating this petition on behalf of myself but on behalf of everyone who is dealing with this same issue (in innocent cases of course) and it’s honestly not fair. I just feel like (as a consumer)  Snap should consider helping innocent individuals who had their accounts taken from them for no reason get their accounts back. I also feel like they should consider a better support representative team so issues like this doesn’t continue to occur because let’s be honest, if this continues to happen to people especially for no reason the app will eventually start to deteriorate and no one will want to use it.
