The RNs at SMMC in Silverdale are fighting for your right to top quality medical care. Continued efforts at the bargaining table to provide safe staffing ratios, language that holds the employer accountable for providing contingency plans in the event of surges in patient census, retention efforts to keep experienced nurses here, and much more, are all failing. Please, we implore you as a community, to sign the attached petition letting senior management (who each make over SEVEN FIGURES yearly) know that you support your nurses in our efforts to create an environment in which we can give you and your families the best care possible.
