After my dog, Kim was hit and killed whilst on her lead when we were crossing Eden Strait by a driver who was speeding and never stopped, we want to prevent this tragic accident from happening again. Worse still, a child could be hit and seriously injured or killed. There will be a fatality soon if this is not addressed with correct traffic management put in place.

Speeding vehicles and multiple large vehicles turning at the same time on the  sharp bend on Eden Straight pose a significant danger to pedestrians and other road users. We need immediate action to slow down these vehicles and restrict their access during peak times. Implementing proper traffic management measures can save lives.
