Bernardo Palacios was murdered by multiple Salt Lake City Officers on May 23rd as he was running away to save his life. Officers agree they did not know if he had a weapon or not, the video clearly shows Bernardo stumbling and falling, they could have easily tackled him but instead they shot him from the back until he collapsed, after Bernardo was already down they kept on shooting and blowing off his fingers. In the midst of BLM we ask you to take a few seconds and demand SLC Mayor Erin Mendenhall and SLC Chief of Police Mike Brown to not only fire these incompetent "public servants" and charge them for murdering Bernardo without compassion. They must be arrested and face the criminal charges! Wearing a badge doesn't and shouldn't give you immunity to kill whenever you like.
