Unfortunately it has come to my attention that Sky don't include subtitles on their Sky 3D channel - only to discover this after when we bought a new 3D TV. I did a live chat with Sky's help (well unhelpful) team and a standard "Not currently enabled at present, your feedback will be passed to our developers." This makes my skin crawl! Now that this petition has closed, unfortunately I can't stress Sky enough and keep asking. If the situation does not improve in the next few months on both Sky OnDemand and Sky 3D, I will be reminding Sky on what laws they've broken such as the Disability Act and OFCOM regulations.
