It has been a long time since I last posted on here, I've seen there has been a lot more signatures and I want to thank everyone for that! Since emailing, I've not heard back, this shows that Sky is not interested in their valued customers and D/deaf and hard of hearing people. I am going to email them this petition with every one of the signatures and demand for subtitles to be enabled. Sky are also breaking some human rights of being able to enjoy our lives - but how can we without the subtitle function? I'm going to keep urging Sky to enable subtitles for OnDemand and not loose hope! Jamie
