Skibidi Toilet: No More Hiding

Skibidi Toilet: No More Hiding
The Issue
This petition is conclusive in demand that Invisible Narratives (INVIZ), which owns full rights to Skibidi Toilet, its trademarks, characters, universe, and plot, as well as the “DaFuq!?Boom!” YouTube channel itself, and his social media platforms, Discord, Instagram, should fully return the rights and the ability to develop Skibidi Toilet universe to it's sole originator and mastermind - Alexey Gerasimov.
Just about recently, Invisible Narratives has interfered with production and introduced its own approach to the series' development. This led to significant backlash by community and many other issues.
As of now, almost 99% of comments under the new videos and posts on dafuqboom's channel consist of hashtag #bringboomback - a movement that calls to abolish corporate greed of Invisible Narratives and it's disgusting radical-zi###st CEO Adam Goodman. This is the biggest corporate franchise and YT channel takeover in history, and it absolutely can't go unnoticed.
INVIZ is company that never had any stakes on the map in the first place. It consists of ex-Paramount CEO Adam Goodman, who was ghostly exiled for his incompetence and possible fraud during his years in Paramount Pictures. He has never created any successfully project and was always a corporate suit. Any success INVIZ poses now as their own comes from Skibidi Toilet, without which the company would disappear into nothingness because of it's non-existing influence and incompetent nature.
Invisible Narratives' creative decisions has not only done irreparable harm to Alexey's work and community - it already has and will continue to harm and bring losses to it's partner companies. Completely losing fandom's support is leading fans to boycott and refrain from purchasing any products issued by INVIZ' new partners - Bonkers, FunkoPop Global Merchandising Service merchandise. This outrage will result in to no revenue from Bonkers and other associated toys sold Walmart and in Target, resulting in catastrophic performance for anyone who choses to collaborate with INVIZ. This also includes Discord accessories or Fortnite skins.
I can state the facts directly. Since evident takeover of channel by Inviz and their baffling incompetent approach to franchise, views dropped sevenfold. From an average of 13 million views over two days, views dropped to barely 2 million. To put things into context, these losses are happening in the homeland of Skibidi Toilet, on Alexey's former channel with 46 million subscribers he gained by his own creativity with no help by Inviz, where the series as a whole originated and gained its popularity. Its the biggest platform where Skibidi Toilet operates, and its now crippled and will continue to rapidly die out. As mentioned before, protests in the comments, despite hardest efforts by Inviz to be stopped and blocked, keep growing in numbers and will only become stronger and higher.
How did we come to this?
It's worth noting that Alexey transferred the license to Skibidi Toilet at a *12 October, 2023* when his channel was experiencing legal problems (the channel was attacked by a team of scammers), and also in anticipation of the prospects INVIZ promised, namely: assistance with merchandising, assistance fending off DMCA attacks from scammers, direct connections with Hollywood and Michael Bay, and the prospect of eventually making a film. This information is indicated by the chronology of events and public information. We believe the transfer of rights was a matter of imposed necessity and false promises made in bad faith and in order to takeover the franchise. Agreeing to their terms was the show's survival measure at the time, as Alexey simply didn't have the knowledge or time to deal with the DMCA attacks on his own. But even after all of this, Alexey retained creative freedom for two years.
*Scammers continued to launch attacks as early as November, but by mid-December, they had lost and decided to retreat, and the strikes ceased. And in February, full copyright was registered.
However, according to subsequent information (Alexey's public disappointment with the film's production and the fact that he was not being kept informed. Screenshot below), these wishes were ultimately not fulfilled. It appears that Alexey was kept in the dark and unawareness of the film production, and didn't even have a hand in any product outside of series on YouTube.
We have every reason to believe that the subsequent truce, marked by Alexey's funny animation, was a forced PR stunt.
Moreover, many people know how aggressive INVIZ contracts are - and their partner companies know this especially well.
INVIZ's claims of Alexey's involvement in the series' future production, along with other attempts to maintain their chosen creative strategy, are deceitful and misleading. We, the signatories of this petition, are certain that INVIZ is lying about Alexey's involvement. This is demonstrated by the inconsistency of their arguments and the vagueness of their explanatory strategy, and also for other reasons, which I will provide in posts on my channel ZacDoor. I have already provided arguments there confirming this fact.
To sum it up, Alexey has no involvement whatsoever in any subsequent video releases on the channel. The last thing Alexey worked on himself was Skibidi Toilet 79 (Full Episode). However, there are significant problems with this fact as well. We are certain that INVIZ directly interfered with the production of this episode (Part 3, Full Episode 79), which led to quality issues and the initial disappointment and reputational damage within the fandom.
This petition isn't a media article, so the supporting evidence will be presented here *click*. However, it's already available in the Skibidi Toilet media space. You can email me to request statistics (Proof of the ineffectiveness of the INVIZ strategy) from the DaFuq!?Boom! channel and confirmation of some of my points: bringboomback@gmail.com
Alexey was a perfectionist and wanted to have creative control over his show, and this clearly did not fit with the corporate approach. We reject the idea that his dismissal was morally justified. We also lament that, even from a business perspective, depriving the original creator of his rights to run the series is also ineffective. INVIZ is suffering huge reputational and financial losses in real time. There are disputes among officially licensed YouTubers, and chaos within the fandom. In the opinion of fans and in reality, INVIZ is seriously deceiving the Skibidi Toilet fandom by playing this information game on social media.
The petition signatories demand that Alexey regain his copyright to Skibidi Toilet. We are aware that INVIZ's financial dependence on Skibidi Toilet is very strong, but even as INVIZ CEO Adam Goodman himself stated in an interview with www.brandsuntapped.com speaking about "What Resonates with Fans," he noted:
Quote
- Billy Langsworthy: "I imagine people have spent a long time trying to figure out exactly why it's resonating so strongly with people. What do you put it down to?"
- Adam Goodman: "Because it's unfiltered creativity. There's no committee, no corporate polish, just pure imagination and chaos at its best. Gen Alpha has grown up remixing culture in real time – Skibidi speaks their language. It's funny, weird, endlessly rewatchable, and deeply communal. And beneath the absurdity, there's real craft – cinematic scale, recurring characters, and serialized storytelling. Kids see it as theirs. It's a franchise that grew up with them, not at them."
What's happening to ST now will inevitably lead to "corporate polish" and erase "pure imagination and chaos". But it was the lack of corporate culture, high quality, and unique style: Alexey's special "indie" vision that the fans who signed the petition and others loved. If this element is missing, then it's not what we (the fans) want. These words are confirmed by the statistics I mentioned earlier, on the DaFuq!?Boom channel.
Even if INVIZ's "Skibidi Toilet: Emergence" series gets slightly improved in the future, it will simply turn Skibidi Toilet into yet another generic series, utterly false and lacking any sincerity or originality. Such a product simply loses all its uniqueness, what once made it popular.
The aforementioned companies, and of course INVIZ, are undoubtedly well aware of Alexey's contractual situation.
Losses are already occurring. Viewership statistics on the DaFuqBoom channel are hitting rock bottom. And the consequences are already unfolding. Skibidi Toilet under such management will die quickly.
Alexey's focus and threemonths of hard work brought the numbers back up with episode 78, giving Skibidi Toilet a new lease of life. INVIZ statements indicate that they are unhappy with the fact that episodes took "3-4 months" to create. Only episode 78 took three months, and for good reason, as it essentially revived the fandom. However, it was this episode that served as the catalyst for INVIZ's intervention and decision. After all, technically, this one episode took up an entire financial quarter for INVIZ, and INVIZ can’t come to terms with that, and INVIZ want to put the series on a conveyor belt where episodes are churned out at a rate of 1 per week. They are literally trying to create a content farm with low-quality videos coming out once a week on the DaFu*Boom channel. A mistake.
