Hello all just a quick update on what happened this week at the ATU.
So I called today to ask how my son was doing.
If I don't call they won't.
I tried all calling and the answer was the same no answer that is. Very frostrating sometimes takes two weeks to get through to the staff.
Anyway so I call and after 10 rings finally the phone was picked up.
I asked how is my son. And was told matter of factly that Stephen had punched himself on his eye was black and he could not open it.
So I then proceded to ask when it happened and how it happened.
I was not given a proper answer what I was told was that they had investigated fully knowing that Stephen does not punch himself or others that it was unusual for him to do that to himself staff had been investigated by the team manager and was deemed he had done it to himself.
And that it was on cctv.
So I have emailed CEO and requested that I see the cctv and also the book of incident reports.
Now that is going to be fun I am sure.
As I know they will come up with a lame excuse to say due to data protection they cannot share the cctv viewing with me.
So there you go Simion Stevens.
I ask you what you going to do about it?
I am sick of this people sweeping incidents under the carpet and blatantly ignoring parents. They blatantly ignore me as his mum and his NR to inform me of what had happened and when.
No contact or consideration to Stephen parents total blatantly disregard for my son's safety and for my son's parents .
I am beyond angry.
