Timeline so far whilst we wait for Outline Planning Application to be submitted:
November 2025 Harrow Estates (developer) requested an Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping opinion from East Hampshire District Council (EHDC). Statutory consultees are invited to respond. The 'consultation' ends on 9th March just prior to this Public Consultation. There have been some interesting comments from the Consultees e.g. conservation, landscaping, SNDP.
