I want to thank everyone who supported our campaign and signed the petition advocating to the Board on my behalf. Despite our best efforts and support from organized labor and community organizations, such as Planned Parenthood Advocates and the MDP LGBT&A Caucus, the Board of Commissioners choose to select another applicant.
