Marty Kaplan, the sole member of the land use committee of the Queen Anne Community Council, has taken it upon himself to stall cottage reform again. If you live on Queen Anne, you can help by asking at the next QACC meeting 'why are we killing cottages? We've heard the same complaints about how accessory dwellings are going to destroy neighborhood character for almost 15 years, yet people LOVE them. They are great for the neighborhood, homeowners and the residents who live in them.
