I have came to the understanding that Siblings don't have rights for visitation or custody of their own siblings. I am in a situation where something happened to our father and their mother . They ended up going with our grandma and she ended up passing away . The person who has custody of them now which is their second aunt. She will not let my sister and i see them or talk to them and i have been trying for 2 years now going on 3..We have done no wrong to anyone and just want to be apart of their lives. We grew up everyday together and was victims of the same situation. I feel like it would benefit everyone or atleast the people in our situation because family is important. Sibling relationships are important and should never be split up. It’s traumatic and can be traumatic in the long run. I hope this story reaches everyone and will help me get this passed.
