Many of us deeply affected by the negative impacts of Sparx Maths. This online learning platform, while designed with good intentions, has been proven to have terrible effects on students' mental health. 

The issue is because of the intense pressure and unrealistic expectations set by Sparx Maths. The relentless demands from it pressures students and is therefore unattainable but also harmful. This constant pressure can lead to a decline in mental health, causing distress among students who are already dealing with other struggles and/or academic pressures.

Research supports these claims as well; studies have shown that excessive academic pressure can lead to heightened stress levels, anxiety disorders, and even depression among students (American Psychological Association). It's clear that platforms like Sparx Maths contribute significantly towards this unhealthy environment.

We need our educational institutions to prioritize student wellbeing over rigorous academic standards that do not consider individual capabilities or mental health conditions. We urge them to reconsider their use of platforms like Sparx Maths for the sake of preserving student mental health.
