theres a lot of people who have been on the autism spectrum both born with or diagnosed with. I myself have been born with and just have anger issues. Now there’s been this agency who has been treating those with autism poorly. Now there are some agencies who are great such as progressive resources which will rest in peace. But the agency that is absolutely disgusting just as disgusting as CAPC inc that being mission and goal agency. Mission and goal is a agency that treats its clients poorly what do I mean by that well… I had a friend who took part in the agency and at first they were welcoming to him at first in 2021. However once this one supervisor Robert entered the picture and made him work with him it all changed, the agency wanted him to be more professional which I have no issue but it’s the way they handled it was very disgusting Robert was very rude to him first of all, 2nd Robert threatened him with calling Julie a supervisor he worked with, and shamed him a lot and shoved down his throat one day you have to do this one day to do that. And since he liked the Brer characters Robert embarrassed him in public for liking the Brer characters. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, when my friend made 3 honest complaints to the agency about what Robert had done to him the main chairmen jasmine told him “ look we are trying to train him.” And “ we are trying to get you ready for the future.” And the infamous one “ sorry but everybody has their schedules we can’t change your supervisor you’ll have to work with Robert.” Yup that’s how you cannot complain to them. If you thought that was bad that’s nothing compared to what our next supervisor did Erika was even worst. At first she started great to my buddy but then she started being lazy and sat down and took the client to her house without even asking the agency if it would be ok first. Next what she did really could land her in prison. One time when she went to a clients home when my friend used the restroom she stole his most valuable stuffed animal his custom plush of thorn the big wolf and never ever returned it back to him. And onto the complaints about the agency. So I met a supervisor from the agency Laura she along with Joey complained about Robert and Erika and what did the owner do not even listen to their complaints. And at one Christmas party one of the supervisors shared that they accepted Robert’s pushiness. So guys after all what I told you we need to come together to shut down mission and goal in uptown Whittier once and for all. And to help the autistic community for better agencies
