As most people are aware, people speed through St.Martins village on the daily, especially ellesmere road near the chapel area.

Maybe the likelihood of getting a speed camera could be minimal as all the council seem to want to do is save money! 
What about speed bumps, which would be a cheaper and a very efficient way to kill the speed on the road questioned. A Safety measure that needs looking at.

In recently weeks / months the amount of poor animals that have been hit and unfortunately haven’t survived is crazy! Just think, some people have animals instead of children.

People think ‘oh it’s just an animal’, to those who own the animal it’s more than that, you don’t know how much people depend on those animals.

Whilst we need things to change, turn back on the street lights, having them off to ‘save money’ isn’t practical of making us safer! It’s making our village so dangerous!

Also, if your a parent and your child got hit by a speeding vehicle how would you feel? God forbid that doesn’t happen!

On that note let’s get this village safer before something happens and it’s too late!

We need to do something sooner rather than later...
