The Council will sign off the new policy (1 tribute per baby, and a separate memorial area) on 15/1/2016. The Portfolio Holder has stated that this is "merely a decision is a formality which will be finalised in early January. You are aware of what the new policy will bring forward, so hopefully any visit over the festive period, you may leave some items that comply with the policy from January". Well done everyone! I'm still deeply angry that this has taken 14 months to sort out, but at least we have a positive answer. Now I am going to "declare victory"! Love Clare
