To constitute National Martyr's fund & rs 5 crore,s compensation amounts for martyrs families

To
Shri Narendra Bhai Modi Ji,
Honorable Prime Minister,
Govt. of India,New Delhi
Honourable Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards an important issue relating to martyrdom of Defence and Paramilitary Force personnel. Since last 40-50 years thousands of Defence/ Paramilitary personnel have attained martyrdom while maintaining Law and Order and conflict on border. The martyrdom started in large-scale during 1980-90 in Punjab due to Khalistan movement. Similarly, Proxy war at Kashmir valley and Naxal affected states since 1989 and still continued .76 CRPF personnel were attained martyrdom at Tadmetla - Chintalnar (Chattisgarh)
while fighting against Naxalites and 40 personnel at Pulwama (Kashmir) in bomb blast. Recently 20 Army personnel attained martyrdom at Galwan Valley Ladakh . Since independence ,34,000 personnel have attained martyrdom . Govt. must inform to the nation, how the family of these martyrs who laid their live in the line of duty are living with their adult daughters/sons and aged and ailing parents?
Respected sir, Further, I would like to say regarding sanction of Ex Gratia and other facilities by Telengana Govt. Recently Telengana Govt. has sanctioned Rs 5 Crores Ex gratia ,residential Plot and Group "A" post to family of Col Santosh Babu who laid his live at Galwan Valley in conflict with China dragons. We whole heartedly welcome the decision of Telengana Govt. If we compare the same with other States, the Ex gratia varies i.e. Rs 5 Lakh, 10 Lakh, 20 Lakh & 50 Lakh While Delhi and Madhya Pradesh State Govts are paying Rs 1 crore, which we welcome.
Honourable It is painful to note that there has been a discrimination in consideration of rank of martyr. For example , Family of Col. Ashutosh was given Rs 50 Lakh by UP Govt. while family Naik Rajesh Kumar was given Rs10 Lakhs by Punjab Govt. both were martyred in one and same operation at Hindwara (Kashmir).
Sir , Neither there is no price of martyrdom nor measurement for assessment of the same. It is painful to note that Central/State Govt. is giving Rs 3 to 5 Crore to winning (medals) Player in the Sports . But not to martyrs who laid their supreme sacrifice for the nation. We demand to give at least Rs 5 Crore on the line of Telengana Govt. to martyrs families of Defence/Paramilitary Force personnel and there should not be any rank consideration. Further, we request for establishment A National Martyr's Fund to govern this aspect for Defence/Paramilitary Force personnel to avoid discrimination and issue notification in this regard. This is real tribute to the martyrs.Jai Hind sir.
