Disparity with CAPF cadre officers by IPS lobby

Honorable Prime Minister would like to draw your kind attention to an important issue which is related to the Central Paramilitary Forces. these forces have been declared Organised Group "A" Services by GOI since 1986 but their rightful dues have been denied to protect the vested interest of IPS lobby. In this context the honourable SC has already reiterated the judgement of Delhi High court granting CAPF,s the benefits of "OGAS" which means now these forces headed by their own cadre officers but IPS lobby again have a strong way over the execution of the courts orders. Despite experience and training , carrying out operations insensitive regions, cadre officers remain under-utilised because of leadership vacuum. This has a cascading effect on morality of young cadre officers.

Honourable Prime Minister why to delay the orders of Cabinet decision of July 03 /2019 OGAS to CAPF & extension of benefits of NFFU and NFSG. For your kind attention when Chidambaram led panel in their reports "IPS dominance in top Paramiltary posts must end". Sir why not make it compulsory for an IPS officers to serve in the Paramiltary forces for the first 5 years in LWE , Kashmir valley & Northern Eastern states so that he knows the circumstances under which the soldiers doing their job.Sir, has an IPS officers ever been seen as Commandants why these Babu deputationist come only on the post of IG or above can be subject of investigation. Other disparity point I would like to mention the discrimination done by the IPS officers with cadre officers When the govt issued order made it clear that there will be no transfer due to Kovid-19, but the senior level cadre officers in CRPF were transferred in a hurry.

The other important points for your kind attention please:-

Honourable Prime Minister, in the last six years, you have taken important decisions in the interest of the country, including triple talaq, section 360, or lock down due to Kovid-19. Honourable PM Sir sorry to say you are the chairman of cabinet committee of appointments but the DGP of Border guardiing force BSF has not been appointed for the nearly two and a half months, whatever may be the reason, but the 20 lakhs Paramiltary families includes 12000 strong CAPF cadre officers looking on you . That this time you will select a competent cadre officer and give a bonanza to the Border Guarding Force, that is, the Swadeshi DG . sir recently you have made declarations to adopt Swadeshi. First in the country when Paramiltary forces came forward & decided to use the local product in 1700 CPC Canteens.
