South Maui Gardens began as a plant nursery. Over the years, it has grown into something more - a shaded, welcoming place where residents, families, visitors, small businesses, farmers, artists and musicians come together.

It’s where you can grab coffee in the morning, meet friends for dinner, bring the kids and grandparents, listen to local music, shop from local makers, or simply run into people you know.

Today, South Maui Gardens is home to 15 small businesses and more than 120 employees, with a bi-weekly community market bringing together approximately 30 additional local vendors, farmers and makers.

As South Maui Gardens moves forward, our goal is to work with Maui County and our surrounding neighbors to create a long-term plan that benefits the entire community.

That includes establishing permanent and expanded on-site parking to help reduce parking congestion in the surrounding neighborhood, while continuing to provide a welcoming setting for community gatherings, markets, cultural activities and low-key live entertainment that is appropriate for the property and respectful of our neighbors.
