From “Suicide Attempt” to System Failure — New Evidence Forces Reassessment

Update – 25 April 2026

A formal police report has now been filed against Lovisenberg Hospital and FACT St. Hanshaugen for unlawful treatment, forced medication without valid legal basis, and deprivation of liberty.

New documentation shows that Sarah experienced severe disorientation hours before the incident on 24.11.2025, captured on video where she states she is unable to focus. This raises serious concerns about the original classification of the incident.

The case, initially registered as a “suicide attempt,” is now being challenged based on documented medical factors, prior incidents, and failure to assess relevant conditions such as autism.

This is no longer just about one incident — it raises fundamental questions about patient rights, misdiagnosis, and systemic failure.
