The reported misconduct has been formally registered with the Norwegian Bureau for the Investigation of Police Affairs. This confirms that the case falls within their mandate and will be subject to independent review.

This is not a final decision. But it means the case can no longer be dismissed or ignored.

At the same time, formal clarification has been submitted regarding my role as Sarah’s legal proxy and next of kin—something that directly affects her rights, protection, and access to proper care.
