Appeal Filed After Police Dismissed Report Against Oslo University Hospital

Dear supporters,
Thank you for continuing to follow and support Sarah’s case.
I have now filed an appeal against the dismissal of my police report against Oslo University Hospital, Ullevål. The report concerned gross misconduct in public service and the unlawful obstruction of my role as Sarah’s documented proxy and designated next of kin while she was critically injured after the metro incident at Jernbanetorget on 24 November 2025.
The original police report was submitted on 9 December 2025 at 03:18. It concerned OUS’ refusal to recognise my documented role, provide necessary information, or allow proper involvement while Sarah was in a critical medical condition and unable to protect her own interests.
The case was later registered with what I consider a fundamentally incorrect incident date and an incorrect understanding of the matter. It was then dismissed without investigation.
In the appeal, I have asked that the case be assessed on the correct basis:
Sarah must be treated as the primary injured party.
The correct starting point is 24 November 2025, when the metro incident occurred and OUS’ handling of her case began.
My role must be understood as reporter, documented proxy, designated next of kin and support person.
The case must also be seen in connection with the later restraining order case and the wider pattern of documented violations of Sarah’s rights.
This is not only about my role. It is about Sarah’s legal protection, patient rights, and her right to have the person she chose to represent and support her respected when she could not speak for herself.
I will continue to publish documentation as the case develops.
Thank you for standing with Sarah.
