The Issue

We, the residents of 23 Waverly Place, experience firsthand the mismanagement and mishandling that are tarnishing our living space. Every day, we're exposed to problems that remain unsolved, causing growing dissatisfaction amongst us shareholders.

Pursuant to Article II, Section 3 of the Waverly Mews Bylaws, we, the undersigned shareholders of Waverly Mews, holding at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the outstanding shares entitled to vote, hereby request that the Secretary call an official Special Meeting of Shareholders. The Bylaws state: “Special meetings of shareholders for any purpose or purposes… shall be called by the Secretary upon written request of shareholders holding at least twenty-five (25%) percent of the outstanding shares entitled to vote at such meeting.”

The purpose of this meeting is to rectify the issues plaguing our building, facilitate transparency, foster a collaborative resolution, and elect a new Board of Directors.

We are deeply concerned by the ongoing mismanagement, lack of transparency, and stalled building improvements — including unfinished construction, unrenovated lobbies and hallways, and an inoperative rooftop.

It is time to restore accountability, rebuild trust, and move Waverly Mews forward with leadership that listens to and serves the residents.

An immediate special shareholders meeting is the stepping stone we need to initiate this change. So, I urge you to join us, sign this petition, and take a resolute step towards reclaiming our building's integrity. Please provide your name, unit number, and signature below.
