Please reserve your 3 minutes to speak against this offensive being waged on our access. It will start with this and be expanded eliminating more and more of your trail access in OC Parks. Please act now and let your voice be heard. Encourage the OC Parks Trail Management Subcommittee not to approve the pilot program limiting trial access and to put e-bikes on the agenda for the next meeting and to approve them.

Did you know that there is an exception to the ebike ban in OC Parks? For those with mobility disabilities per the 2011 DOJ rule. Injures or medical conditions that substantially limit your mobility such as asthma, anxiety, heart disease or not being able to walk long distance could be conditions that apply to you. No public employee can ask you about your disability or for proof of it other then your stating that you have a mobility disability. The e-bike is you OPDMD (other power driven mobility device).
If you make a recurring donation we will send you a 2" x 2" mobility disability sticker for your down tube for your bikes. When the OC Park Rangers see it they waive you on. If not just point to it and state that you have a mobility disability if you do. They will allow you access.
