United States Department of the Interior, NPS is investigating our allegations against Angeles District Parks. They claim to have jurisdiction. Page 2.
What concerns me is that NPS does not recognize class one e-bikes as OPDMDs on federal land. I am not sure they can be impartial when looking at how the DOJ 2011 ADA rule is applied to state parks land, specifically Angeles Districts Parks.
Further they have started their investigation into our allegation of discrimination by telling me that I have to waive my right to privacy and allow them to look into my personal information within 20 days or they will close the case. I hope they don't plan to investigate this case by trying to discredit the complainant instead of looking into Angeles District Parks for discrimination against disabled persons. I will sign the privacy waiver for our 3500+ supporters. Someone has to stand up to fight for your right to ride.
