Happy Halloween. This is a time when parents everywhere worry about their children. Do you know who is handing them candy? Are your children at risk from hidden sexual predators in your neighborhood? When you signed this petition you took an important step to protect Pennsylvania’s children. Today 9 out of 10 sex offenders are never caught, never prosecuted, and never appear on the sex offender registries that we check. Pennsylvania's archaic child sex abuse laws protect predators and put children at risk. More than 76,000 of us have called for changes in these laws. Our laws should protect our children not the hidden predators who prey on them. This Halloween, while we are all thinking about protecting our children, is the perfect time for you to ask family, friends, and social media contacts to get involved.
