Once again, a sex offender who managed to stay out of prison, despite confessing to his crimes, made headlines. He died, but unfortunately his story is typical. And like most sex offenders in Pennsylvania, he was protected by the state’s statute of limitations on child sexual abuse. We need to tip the balance and start protecting children, not predators. We need our elected officials to pass statute of limitation reform, this year. You can help convince them to do that.
