Legalization of all Controlled Drugs: A Copy of Portugal in Opioid Abuse Deterrence.

Legalization of all Controlled Drugs: A Copy of Portugal in Opioid Abuse Deterrence.
The Issue
I as an African-American have seen the inadequacies of our health care system. Obama care over covers 20+ Americans, leaving the majority uninsured or at odds with state affordable care scenarios. As an Ex-Federal Agent, I lost my health care due to a disability, a victim of invasive spying from Fusion Centers and the like. The least Congress, Our President, and the Supreme court can do is to legalize marijuana on a Federal level.
Knowing that this may be controversial, I and the people of this petition pose an even broader leap of faith which is to legalize all controlled drugs. This would be following in the footsteps of Portugal whom legalized all forms of controlled substances in order to curb Opioid abuse and who were successful in every fraction of their and our, United States of America, decision and decision making basis.
Over 70% of incarcerated African-Americans are imprisoned over non-violent crimes, the mose being possession of Marijuana and other controlled substances.
This data shows in clarity, not just for African-Americans (Blacks), but for Caucasians and etc. racial ethnicities who suffer from the same disparities of lack of health-care and the Over-Reach by state instituted organizations such as C.U.R.E.S. in California.
If we the people cannot get health care for the reason of financial hardship, we should be able to access mental health doctors and clinics. But with the D.E.A. broad reach and treasonous treatment of controlled substances on the medical board level, African-Americans, people of color, and even caucasians have a difficulty in being prescribed these controlled substances based upon cost at the HMO level, bias in terms of discrimination, and the truths behind political absence at Doctor's and Practicing Practitioners level.
It is time to reconcile the wrongdoings of this Nazi poison that was left after Operation Paperclip, when America pardoned Nazi War Criminals for the greater economic good.
Those Nazi beliefs are inherent in our Psychiatric System and prevalent in the diagnosing and treatment in disorders that require these same drugs which are touted as taboo, but in all honest, treated as legal remedies for legitimate conditions (e.g. Methamphetamine Treatment For Narcolepsy and ADHD).
