La penalización del consumo, cultivo, elaboración y venta de drogas según el código penal español es una incentivación, una estimulación al consumo creando drogadictos y delincuentes que llenan nuestras cárceles.

LO PROHIBIDO ATRAE Y LOS QUE CONSUMEN DROGAS TIENEN QUE VENDER O ROBAR PARA PAGAR SU ALTO PRECIO Y CON ELLOS SOLO SE BENEFICIA A LAS MAFIAS Y AL SISTEMA.

Si se despenaliza, cualquier persona puede cultivar, elaborar, consumir y vender drogas y al ser tan asequible y tan barato deja de ser un negocio.

Al no estar prohibido no se produce la atracción hacia su consumo y por lo tanto se reduce la drogadicción y las mafias que viven de los drogadictos. Por todo ello se reduce también la delincuencia, la mafia ya no tiene sentido y se reduce el trabajo de  guardia civil, policía, fiscalía, abogados y juzgados.

¿QUIÉN SE BENEFICIA DE LA PENALIZACIÓN DEL CONSUMO, CULTIVO, ELABORACIÓN Y VENTA DE DROGAS?

• LAS MAFIAS Y LOS QUE ESTÁN DETRÁS DE ELLOS.
• LOS PERJUDICADOS SOMOS EL RESTO DE LOS CIUDADANOS.

Not being forbidden does not produce the attraction towards its consumption and therefore it reduces the drug addiction and the mafias that live of the drug addicts. All this reduces crime, the mafia no longer makes sense and reduces the work of civil guard, police, prosecutors, lawyers and courts.
