Now is the time for the Boston Celtics to be publicly owned again.

As was the case before Wyc's ownership, Celtics fans worldwide demand he sell his shares or a percentage thereof back to us again.

We're excited to discuss what the exact parameters of the ownership structure would look like (Wyc as Governor, Steve in a lead position, an elected Board of Directors, etc.), but this much we know:

We want a stake of the Boston Celtics to be owned by the public.

It only makes sense for the greatest franchise of all of sports to be owned by the most devoted fanbase in the world.
