Amador-protected species assessment document download
According to Amador protected species assessment, no bald eagles were observed. Yet there is a known nest on the property directly next to the build. Along with a watershed that they use during their mating season. Which is now, October-June. They currently migrate and nest here during their mating season and have even made their home for this season. A time where loud noises such as ongoing construction can interfere with these habits and the habitat of this protected species. Parks and wildlife lists how these builds can impact such a species.
