I am sending this update out to ask everyone that is concerned, suspicious, or aware of the abuse Penny and her siblings have endured to please contact Oregon’s CPS Hotline at (855)503-7233. You can also call Oregon’s DHS. I also ask everyone to please share this petition to everybody possible. Thank you everyone for all of the support!! Everything is greatly appreciated and I am glad to know that we have a huge group that is fighting to help ensure Penny’s safety. We must continue to fight and do all that we can.
