#CEDAWinLAW's censored winning hand based on enforceable UK and International Laws is a safe haven for all victims - not some -  and unequivocally calls for mediation with them on behalf of ALL 3.5m 50sWomen who it uniquely represents

This week the Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt hand delivered letters written by the Founder and Leader of Blind Justice CIC, on behalf of CEDAWinLAW, to 10 Downing Street along with this petition, standing at nearly 50,000 signatures, calling for the Prime Minister's intervention and for mediation

Outside 10 Downing Street

Dr Scutt commented that the Prime Minister has recently stood up for Equality against regressive forces, yet it is now 40 years since CEDAW was ratified, and the convention has still not been implemented into domestic law.

CEDAW has been "utterly, significantly and profoundly ignored" in the case of 1950s women, where it has direct relevance to the direct discrimination against 50sWomen on grounds of age and sex and indirect discrimination on grounds of marital status.

She calls for mediation to address the "suppurating sore" of the treatment of 50sWomen by the discriminatory impact of the changes to State Pension Age.

Listen to the new radio recordings conducted by Ian Rothwell from Salford City Radio with both:

Listen here: David Hencke, award winning journalist and veteran lobby correspondent,

Listen here: Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt AO  Barrister, Fraser Chambers, and leading human rights expert

David Hencke asked if WASPI Ltd have "shot themselves in the foot" and let down those 50sWomen who are their members by accepting £180,000 in "full and final settlement" of their Judicial Review?

Dr Scutt questioned to whom was the Secretary of State's recent statement addressed, in which he again turned down ANY compensation for maladministration?

Was this addressed to the PHSO and the six sample cases, and to WASPI Ltd who have campaigned only against maladministration on behalf of their members?

Or was his decision addressed to ALL 50sWomen, the vast majority of whom have not been represented in this issue and have yet to have their evidence heard?

The decision paid no attention to either discrimination or to the discriminatory impact of the changes in State Pension Age. Even the delay in notification alone had a discriminatory impact, said Dr Scutt.
