Dear Board Members

Inclusive Mediation: All 1950s Women

CEDAWinLAW extends every good wish to all 1950s Women victims of both Discrimination and Maladministration.

That said, the King's Speech is typically finalised by government before the State Opening of
Parliament, shortly after elections: pundits' forecasts for the upcoming parliamentary session remain bleak.

Looking back, thanks to Wednesbury Unreasonableness, an unfought Supreme Court battle between The 'King of Human Rights' Michael Mansfield KC vs 'The Treasury Devil' James Eadie KC was sorely missed by victims - many thousands of whom have sadly passed away without their earned dues.

Nonetheless, the Supreme Court's illogical decision generated CEDAWinLAW's magnificent People's Tribunals presided over by The Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt AO, Barrister, Frasers Chambers.

Upon thorough scrutiny of UK & International Laws, Discrimination against all - not some - 1950s Women was found having heard testimonies by global experts and witnesses as published in The President's Report and The Judge's Report authored by Dr Scutt and as lauded by the former CoChair, APPG (State Pensions).

Not least, the ratified CEDAW Treaty, General Recommendation 40, focuses on ensuring equal
and inclusive representation of women in decision-making systems at all levels, advocating for gender parity through permanent measures.

Upon an Application and under Civil Procedure Rules, no legal challenge need be in train for a
court to require Mediation in these circumstances.

A Top 500-ranked team of mediators is on standby to be considered for the neutral Inclusive Mediation role.

We look forward to receiving your Solicitor's full formal reply to our letter, dated 14th April 2026, requesting Waspi Limited provides reasoning for declining CEDAWinLAW's invitation to join
Inclusive Mediation - shared on behalf of 3.5m 1950s Women it uniquely represents.

Given the outlined open route through the Judiciary to secure Inclusive Mediation and a financial remedy therein - without longer delays and excessive costs - we warmly invite Board Members to accordingly instruct Bindmans LLP to join with CEDAWinLAW and deliver the outlined mission together.

Respectfully, when combined with CEDAWinLAW's "Winning Hand" of enforceable legal evidence -in the Judiciary and in Parliament- the £180,000 funds returned to Waspi Limited in 2025 provide together an unmatched return on investment to those who generously donated to campaigns involved in advocacy herein.

We look forward to a favourable prompt reply.

All good wishes
Joanne Welch
